Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Nurse Practitioner or Physician istant to join our team at a brandnew Primary Care Health Center in California. This is an exciting opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. If you are a dedicated healthcare professional with a pion for providing highquality care we want to hear from you. The position is located in Folsom CA.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population with a focus on adults
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapy chiropractic care acupuncture and behavioral health
Engage with members at Caf events and community outreach initiatives
Work closely with an overseeing MD to ensure collaborative and coordinated care
Embrace a dynamic and outgoing personality to help elish the new health center
Qualifications:
Masters degree or higher
1 years of experience in Primary Care Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine
Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician istantCertified (PAC) license in California (CA)
Epic experience preferred
Available to work on a lo contract from ASAP to 12/25/2024
Hourly pay starts at $75 with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate
