Position Objective:
We are looking for a highly motivated Industrial Engineer Packaging Engineer to join our growing team in Allen Texas. The primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize packaging processes ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements. You will also support and collaborate on global process alignment efforts within Distribution Centers (DC) and Customer Centers (CC).
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive potential automation initiatives for the Allen Distribution Center.

Manage and optimize packaging processes to reduce total supply chain costs and minimize product damage or s.

Oversee critical highvalue contracts ensuring supplier compliance with corporate governance environmental and ethical standards.

Develop and standardize packaging solutions sizes and types.
-
Track packaging changes and communicate process improvements to stakeholders.

Collaborate with other global teams to identify and resolve packaging issues.

Advise buyers and planners on noncompliant suppliers ensuring legal and operational standards are met.

Design efficient manufacturing layouts and ergonomics to minimize inefficiencies and awkward operations.

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to maintain the organizations competitive edge.

Develop and maintain management information and planning control systems.

Implement strategies to reduce production costs and increase operational efficiency.

Support CASI system implementation and manage MDM input/validation as required.

Technical Ss and Qualifications:
-
Industrial Engineering/Packaging Experience: Solid experience with industrial packaging and processes especially in a warehouse environment.

Quality Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Automation: Ability to lead automation activities to improve efficiency.

ytical Ss: Strong understanding of costeffective sourcing transport costs and packaging optimization.

Software Proficiency: Sed in Excel Access Word and other relevant applications.

Project Management: Exposure to project management including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication Ss: Excellent verbal and written communication ss with strong interpersonal abilities.

SelfMotivated and Organized: Able to work independently and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience:
Degree: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Packaging Economics Logistics or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in industrial packaging or engineering preferably in a warehouse/distribution center setting.
Additional Ss:
Experience with transport cost management is a plus.
Knowledge of multiple languages is a bonus but proficiency in professionallevel English (written and spoken) is require
