LOOKING FOR LATIN AMERICAN CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN LATIN AMERICAN REGIONS Position: Customer Success Representative
Working Hours: MonFri 9am5pm EST
Salary: $1300$1500 USD/ month
Role Overview We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a sed Customer Success Representative to support childcare businesses that have upgraded to our paid subscription. This is a highenergy clientfacing account management role requiring a pion for supporting customers in the small business segment.
Responsibilities - Hold onboarding meetings with new customers over Google Meet to help them get the most out of the product.
- Effectively update monitor and respond to customer questions.
- yze data to find opportunities and communicate learnings to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to the Product Team to help iterate on our value offering to childcare businesses.
Requirements - More than 2 years of experience in customer success account management or related field.
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
- Proficient in GSuite a CRM (we use Hubspot) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to translate technology and data to a nontechnical audience.
- Experience working for a technology startup or SaaS company preferred.
