Requirements for the Learning and Development Specialist:
- Plan develop and promote continuous employee development and employee engagement.
- Develop design and execute strategies to further employee development through the creation of training programs that will improve employee performance.
- Plan and coordinate employee events and activities to improve wellbeing and enhance employee engagement.
- Strong in advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience in ADP or learning systems.
- 23 years of experience in learning or training.
Other Key Requirements:
- In office role
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No CorptoCorp.
