Job Description

Position: Technical Specialist Construction
Location: Raleigh NC (27610)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Specialist for a 12month engagement focused on business analysis and solution design for construction processes. This role involves supporting content management and business process reengineering efforts using SharePoint. The ideal candidate will excel in quality assurance project management and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design SharePoint and webbased solutions for construction business processes.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and manage project deliverables.
  • Document processes and deliver training materials for endusers.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement reengineered business processes.
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate and improve business processes.

Key Technical Skills:

  • 8 years of experience in SharePoint design and content management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams).
  • Knowledge of application development life cycle and project management.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps tools and AGILE development methodology (preferred).
