• Pay Rate: $60 $65 hourly (W2)

What Youll Do:

• Provide theutic treatments and personalized care to help residents regain their independence.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to each patients specific needs.
• Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to improve the quality of life for residents.
• Monitor progress adapt interventions and doent patient outcomes effectively.

Requirements:

• Valid OT License in the state of Oregon.
• Experience in SNF or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
