What Youll Do:

• ist Physical Therapists in developing treatment plans for patients in a SNF setting
• Help patients improve their mobility strength and overall physical function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
• Maintain accurate and timely doentation of patient treatments

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist istant in the state of Washington
• Experience working in a Sed Nursing Facility (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork ss
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compionate patientfocused attitude
