Description

We are seeking a dedicated and sed MidLevel Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our dynamic team in Atlanta Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction estimation and quantity surveying. This role involves yzing project costs preparing detailed estimates and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. As a key member of our construction services team you will collaborate with project managers subcontractors and vendors to deliver accurate financial reporting and support effective decisionmaking throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for various civil construction projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide budgetary advice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • yze project drawings specifications and proposals to develop accurate quantity takeoffs.
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary data for estimating purposes.
  • Monitor project costs and prepare reports to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • ist in value engineering and make recommendations for costsaving measures.
  • Maintain organized doentation of all estimations revisions and vendor communications.
  • Provide support during bid preparation and submission processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience in construction management engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating within the civil construction industry.
  • Proficient in estimating software and tools with strong ytical ss.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction practices building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project requirements.
