We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal istant with a strong background in finance/accounts. The ideal candidate will support the executive with daytoday tasks including report generation real estate ysis and personal scheduling. This role requires excellent time management ss attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and yse current real estate market trends.
- Prepare detailed property market reports including investment opportunities and risk ysis.
- Can do excel ysis and data entry.
- Manage executive s calendar appointments and meetings.
- Organize businessrelated correspondence including emails calls and filing doents.
- Prepare real estate investment & financial summaries for review.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
- Upto 6 months experience in finance accounts or a similar field.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct ysis.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ss.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Strong English communication and interpersonal ss.

- Willing to work on Australian (AEST) hours. (Pakistan working hours 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM)
