Join us in Karachi as a dynamic Assistant Manager Special Projects where you will drive growth and operational excellence. We are looking for someone who is passionate about optimizing processes and ensuring smooth delivery operations. As part of our team you will collaborate across multiple departments ensuring alignment between the ground operations and the broader business goals. What You Will Do
Drive growth and excellence by conducting rigorous followups with the ground operations team ensuring that SLAs are met and proactively resolving any challenges that arise.
Plan and optimize processes and workflows to boost efficiency enhance productivity and ensure timely delivery of goods. Constantly strive for improvement (Kaizen) in operational processes.
Track and monitor hub performance closely for merchants. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to management for informed decisionmaking.
Present data in a visual and easytoread format to key stakeholders including senior management and crossfunctional teams.
Provide training and guidance to operational staff ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform at their best.
Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams such as product customer experience and finance to align operational efforts with overall business goals.
Effectively lead teambuilding sessions with warehouse workers to boost morale and productivity
What Are We Looking For
Proven 2 to 3 yrs experience in operations logistics or a similar role.
Bachelors in BBA or a related field
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication skills to train guide and motivate operational staff.
A proactive attitude towards solving operational challenges and optimizing workflows.
