Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and serviceoriented Service Crew member to join our client s upscale sports bar in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry with a focus on delivering highquality customer service. He or she will ist in providing a toptier customer experience in the bar by taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring the cleanliness of the dining and serving areas. Fluency in English is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers take food and beverage orders and deliver orders to the table in a timely manner.
- Provide information on menu items and make recommendations when needed.
- Ensure tables are clean tidy and set up appropriately before and after customers arrive.
- ist in food and drink preparation when required particularly during peak hours.
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle customer payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas including the bar and dining areas.
Requirements
- A couple of years of experience in the food and beverage industry preferably in a highvolume setting.
- Fluent in English with strong communication ss.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- A positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers.
- Flexibility to work shifts during evenings weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry food/drinks.
