Growing Manufacturing firm in Sparks NV has a need for a Plant Manager. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package and relocation.
Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of safety and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Recruit train and supervise plant staff fostering a collaborative work environment
- Develop and manage the plant budget identifying costsaving opportunities
- Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in processes and performance metrics
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process enhancements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues

- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity to stay ahead of industry trends
Required Ss/Abilities:
- Excellent managerial and supervisory ss.
- Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
- Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
- Excellent organizational ss and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

- Bachelor s degree in engineering
- Experience in leading lean manufacturing operations
