We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Owner/Manager to lead projects from concept to completion ensuring seamless coordination across multidisciplinary global teams. This position will be fully remote.
At L4B Software you will:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including software development security QA and process management.
- Lead project planning timeline creation budgeting and resource allocation for complex software projects.
- Ensure all projects meet regulatory compliance particularly for medical device regulations and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regularly updating them on project progress risks and mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in project leveraging best practices and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Process Managers to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in managing technical projects ideally in the Embedded Software Operating System or similar industries.
- Strong leadership and organizational ss with a track record of managing crossfunctional teams.
- Experience in managing timelines budgets and project resources in complex technical environments.
- Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication ss for interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferred candidates who are currently based in Pune or willing to relocate.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Embedded Linux Android or RTOS (RealTime Operating Systems).
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices in software development.
Good to Have:
- Experience working in the Medical Software SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) environment.
- Familiarity with software configuration management tools like Git ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and JIRA.
