Job Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and ytical Private Credit yst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough credit ysis financial modeling and due diligence on private credit investments. This role requires strong ytical ss attention to detail and the ability to communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit ysis on private companies including financial statement ysis cash flow modeling and risk essment.
• Perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities including industry research and competitor ysis.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance and conduct periodic reviews of existing investments.
• Collaborate with investment teams to develop and execute investment strategies.
• ist in the development and refinement of ytical tools and processes.
• Stay current on market trends industry developments and regulatory changes impacting private credit.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; Masters degree or CFA designation preferred.
• 24 years of experience in credit ysis investment banking private equity or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and ytical ss with proficiency in Excel and financial ysis software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication ss with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of private credit markets and investment strategies is a plus.
