Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Private Credit ociate to join our team. The ociate will support the investment process including sourcing yzing and monitoring private credit opportunities. This role provides an excellent opportunity for career development in the private credit space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and ysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• ist in the underwriting process by performing financial modeling credit ysis and due diligence.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio investments including regular performance ysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior team members on deal and negotiation processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and network with potential borrowers.
• Stay informed on market trends regulatory changes and competitive landscape in the private credit sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA CAIA) is a plus.
• 13 years of experience in private credit investment banking or related fields.
• Strong ytical and quantitative ss with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ss.

Salary Range:
$80000 $120000 per year commensurate with experience plus potential performancebased bonuses.
