Job Description:
As an M&A Consultant at Augmentjobs you will play a vital role in advising clients on mergers acquisitions and strategic transactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting indepth financial ysis evaluating business risks leading due diligence processes and negotiating deal terms. You will work closely with senior leadership and clients to provide insights ensuring successful transaction . You will also ist in identifying potential acquisition targets or buyers structuring deals and coordinating with legal and financial professionals to close transactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling valuation and ysis for potential transactions

• Advise clients on M&A strategies deal structures and financing options

• Lead due diligence efforts ensuring compliance and risk essment

• Negotiate transaction terms and support deal closure

• Coordinate with external advisors legal counsel and other stakeholders

• Provide posttransaction integration support

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Accounting or related field

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Experience Requirements:

• 5 8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions corporate finance investment banking or related fields

• Proven track record in managing M&A transactions including financial ysis and due diligence

• Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques

• Experience in client advisory and deal negotiation
