Professional - Rep Customer Service

Job Summary: The call center/customer service specialist interacts with customers to address inquiries about products and services resolve complaints and offer solutions. Specialists may handle inbound or outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve service or billing complaints through exchanges refunds and bill adjustments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on claims.
• Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
• Maintain records of customer interactions including inquiries and resolutions.

Ss:

• Strong verbal and written communication attention to detail and interpersonal ss.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in doenting customer information.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 24 years of customer service experience required.
