Position Overview: The Director of Contracting will play a pivotal role in overseeing federal contract opportunity submissions and nurturing private partnership corporations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Federal Contract Management:
Identify and yze potential federal contract opportunities relevant to our offerings.
Oversee the preparation and submission of federal contract proposals ensuring
compliance with all regulations and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to align on contract specifications pricing and
deliverables.
Monitor and manage contract performance to ensure ontime and quality deliverables.
2. Private Partnership Cooperation:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing private sector
partners.
Collaborate with partners to define cooperation terms ensuring alignment with our
objectives.
Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure partnership projects progress
smoothly.
3. Coordination & Reporting:
Coordinate between internal teams federal agencies and private partners to ensure clear
communication and understanding of expectations.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business law military experience or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contract management and/or private partnership
roles.
Indepth knowledge of federal contracting processes regulations and requirements.
