At Jumbo Group we want people to learn have fun and be happy thanks to our amazing toys and games. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Brand Manager to join our dynamic team and make dreams come true!
The Group Brand manager will oversee brand plans portfolio and product management within the Jumbo Group. This role involves managing a team of brand managers and being responsible for multiple brands across various markets. Key responsibilities include launching new products adapting existing ones and redesign packaging. This position requires a deep understanding of the market and consumers working closely with various teams to develop and execute both shortterm and longterm.
To achieve this goal your functions will be the following:
- Team manager: lead and inspire a team of group brand managers.
- Market and consumer insights: get full understanding of the market and the consumer preferences.
- Strategic planning: develop and execute longterm (3year) and shortterm (1year) brand and product strategies. Implement brand strategy plans across all markets.
- Sales performance: Proactively manage and monitor sales performance adjusting as needed. Collaborate on trade marketing product development innovation and local marketing and sales teams.
- Product and quality improvement: continuously initiate improvements in product quality and diversification of product ortment.
- Briefings: Prepare and coordinate briefings for product development packaging artwork user manuals and brandrelated content.
- Training: conduct product training sessions.
- Research: support and brief qualitative and quantitative research initiatives for brands and products.
The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:
- Education: University degree in marketing business administration or a related field (Bachelor / Master / Diploma)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Previous team management experience.
- Strong project management ss.
- Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines.
- Affinity with Jumbo Group products; knowledge of the toy market is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
