THE JOB
The Director of Sales and Business Development Germany is responsible for leading the sales strategy and within the German market. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth expanding market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Managing Director Germany the Director will align sales strategies with overall business goals set ambitious targets and lead/develop a highperforming sales team. The Director of Sales Germany is a visionary selfstarter who thrives in ever changing business environments. A handson mentality to client acquisition and account management is a key element of success for this role.
