Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Legal Counsel Data Privacy
Sector: Insurance
Start Date: January 2025
Duration: 4 months

Tasks
- Provide expert legal advice on data privacy and protection ensuring compliance with regulations related to data collection processing storage and transfer
- Develop implement and maintain data privacy policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices
- Conduct risk and impact essments to identify potential privacy risks and manage data access requests in compliance with applicable laws
- Collaborate with internal and crossfunctional teams to minimize legal risks from new technologies and data processing initiatives
- Monitor the effectiveness of the data privacy program recommending enhancements for continuous improvement
- Conduct legal research on emerging privacy issues and develop guidelines articles and reports on various data privacy topics
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Resident in Switzerland
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
- 3 years PQE in the legal field in data privacy law
