Job Description

Our customer CMBlu started in 2011 as a researchdriven project with the goal of storing electrical energy in any quantity in an environmentally friendly sustainable and costeffective manner. Since then they have continuously expanded our broad IP portfolio and expertise in largescale energy storage.
They are a highly motivated committed and fast growing team of over 180 employees now preparing for the market launch of their products and further professionalizing their organization.
To strengthen their Customer Focus team they are looking for an experienced and committed Senior Project Manager who will be fully responsible for their projects in the field of largescale energy storage.
Tasks
- Management of large and complex development and customer projects
- Creation of project management plans (including strategy) adapted to a crossdepartmental and complex environment
- yze customer and partner requirements and communicate internally
- Manage and lead external partners in the project scope
- Ensure efficient resource allocation (internal external)
- Organize and lead project meetings and gate reviews
- Managing the entire project scope
- Review and optimize concepts and calculations
- Work closely with internal departments
- Time and milestone management
Requirements
Jobrelated requirements
- Successful university degree (preferably in engineering)
- Extensive experience in managing customer projects preferably in the energy industry or in plant construction
- Professional experience in the field of battery technology
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams with multiple interfaces
- PMI (CAPM) IPMA (Level D) or equivalent certification
- Very good written and spoken German and English ss
- Confident handling of MS Office especially Excel
