The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working in the Canadian health IT sector with organizations such as Alberta Health Alberta Health Services Alberta Medical ociation etc. 15 years
A Senior Project Manager is required to manage the complexity of several eHealth Ecosystem Modernization projects simultaneously support project doentation and report project progress with stakeholders. The services provided by the resource include:
Developing a project charters;
Managing several eHealth Ecosystem Modernization projects simultaneously;
Contributing to Request For Proposal (RFP) development;
Scheduling and managing meetings with the stakeholders; including meeting schedules agendas meeting content development doenting minutes managing follow up activities;
Coordinating and engaging with various stakeholder groups to inform of project progress and activities and solicit feedback as appropriate;
Managing project startup tasks including creating a project SharePoint site project calendar contact list and other supporting tools;
Developing project plans and doenting project activities;
Creating updating and managing project logs with applicable minute actions issues decisions risks;
Doenting and reporting project status against elished objectives milestones budget and resources;
Developing reports summaries presentations and communication material and other work and communication products;
isting in the preparation of committee update presentations; and
Managing activities around project tracking and reporting
