Job Description

The role name is Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and handson experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll modules enabling them to design implement and support payroll solutions tailored to our clients needs. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their payroll processes configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll systems for Fortune 500 clients and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful deployment and operation of payroll solutions will be also collaborating with offshore teams so a lead experience is a must.


Key Responsibilities:

1. In addition to U.S. payroll must have experience in one of the following payrolls

Puerto Rico or

Canada or

Mexico


Requirement Gathering and ysis:
Engage with clients to gather detailed payroll process requirements.
yze business needs and doent functional payroll requirements.
Conduct gap ysis and propose solutions to meet client needs.
Solution Design and Configuration:
Design and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll modules to align with client specifications.
Develop functional specifications workflows and configuration doents.
Ensure payroll configurations comply with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Implementation and Deployment:
Lead the endtoend implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions including planning configuration testing and deployment.
Perform system testing including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Manage data migration and validation processes ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training materials for endusers to ensure they are proficient in using Oracle Cloud Payroll systems.
Provide postimplementation support and trouble issues as they arise.
Offer guidance and support to clients to optimize their use of Oracle Cloud Payroll.
Project Management:
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of payroll projects.
Participate in project planning progress tracking and status reporting.
Ensure project milestones are met within budget and timelines.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Payroll releases and features.
Propose and implement improvements to existing payroll processes and systems.
Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and clients to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in human resources Information Technology Business Administration Accounting or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional lead.
Proven track record in endtoend implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
Indepth understanding of payroll processes regulations and best practices.
Ss:
Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and implementation.
Strong ytical problemsolving and troubleing ss.
Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Project management ss with experience in Agile odologies being a plus.
Certifications:
Oracle Cloud Payroll certification is highly desirable.

Important considerations:

  1. There will be a need of travel once a month to client location in Charlotte NC
  2. Candidate must be within EST or CST timezone to align with clients operating hours.
