Job Description
Lead Maintenance Mechanic 3rd Shift ( 10 pm 6 am Sunday night through Friday morning)

Responsibilities
- Provide daily direction and priorities and supervise shift Maintenance Mechanics to minimize downtime and increase efficiencies throughout the plant.
- Improve mean time between failures by preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Work closely with production and processing personnel to ensure optimal use of equipment and increase OEE. Communicate directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
- Ensure the proper working of all electrical units and systems and mechanical units and infrastructure in the facility.
- Ensure proper record keeping of maintenance work and spare parts consumption.
Qualifications
- Ability to work 3rd shift (10 pm 6 am Sunday night through Friday morning).
- Technical degree or equivalent technical certifications with 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Competent in repairs of Injection Molding and automation machines.
- Knowledge of automation material handling systems and auxiliaries such as compressors chillers and electrical systems.
- Able to see “big picture” or entire process of a machine and determine troubleshooting strategy.
