We re seeking motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to play a crucial role in our client s expansion. In this position you ll be at the heart of the company s growth using stateoftheart tools to generate leads and connect with potential clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic lead generation activities using cuttingedge tools like Hubspot Apollo and Elto
- Perform highvolume cold calling to potential clients aiming to set appointments and generate qualified introductions
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system (Hubspot) to ensure data accuracy and facilitate followups
- Work towards and exceed clearly defined KPIs and productivity metrics
- Participate in a comprehensive oneweek training program to master the company s products services and sales processes
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools like or similar to Hubspot Apollo and Elto (parallel dialer)
- Strong cold calling ss and ability to generate leads effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication ss in English
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and sales odologies
- Selfmotivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment
- Ability to work fulltime (40 hours per week) remotely
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
