What Youll Do
As a FullTime Operations Manager at Villaroe you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing daytoday operations ensuring smooth workflows and contributing to our operational excellence. You will work closely with the CEO and various departments to ensure efficient processes team productivity and the achievement of company goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage key operational activities ensuring smooth functioning across departments and addressing issues that arise in realtime.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest or implement improvements that enhance productivity and costeffectiveness.
- Work closely with team members including the CEO to ensure project timelines are met fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Ensure that resources (staff tools and other possible materials) are being utilized effectively and that projects are adequately supported.
- Handle internal conflicts or roadblocks by promoting open communication empathy and teamwork.
- Track key performance metrics to ess team productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO on operational progress highlighting successes and flagging potential risks.
- Make sure that company policies and procedures are followed to maintain a high standard of operational integrity.

Requirements
- Knowledge of the real estate market or willingness to learn.
- A bachelors degree in operations management business management/administration or a related field is not required but preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication ss in English.
- Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.
- A track record of taking responsibility managing teams and making decisions that promote longterm success.
- Able to handle multiple projects at once prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to ess challenges quickly and find innovative solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
- Comfortable with changing priorities and able to pivot in response to shifting business needs.
- Efficient in managing parttime hours while ensuring all responsibilities are met.
- Basic understanding of business management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Suite project management platforms like Trello or Asana).
