Job Title: Data Quality Lead yst
Location: Irving TX (3 days onsite Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
- The Information Services Group (ISG) within Citis Institutional Clients Group O&T (ICG O&T) organization is looking for a resource to join its data management team. ISG is a servicecentric organization focused on digitizing ICGs products/services driving out manual work delivering worldcl client experience and enabling growth via scalability.
- The Data Quality and Governance organization within ISG is responsible for driving data architecture to deliver front to back design identify gaps and implement a robust governance framework across ICG. A key focus is on Data Quality including Completeness Accuracy and Timeliness across data flows. The function is responsible for extensive partnering across ICGs et Cles to drive key initiatives and ociated deliverables for the data strategy and manage change with the right governance frame. The function and role spans the ICG organization and as a result requires strong engagement with relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leadership within data yst team involved in data quality initiatives spanning ICG and global functions.
- Working with cross functional teams to develop test implement and maintain data quality rules covering the trade life cycle across Markets data.
- yzing data quality exceptions to identify root cause and business impact for data quality issues raised.
- Enhancing data quality process automation governance and reporting.
- Preparing and presenting written and verbal updates to senior management.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices supporting Citis Program Project and Data Management Standards
- Appropriately ess risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup its clients and ets by driving compliance with applicable laws rules and regulations adhering to Policy applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior conduct and business practices and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Required Ss:
- 8 years of experience in datafocused initiatives across PreTrade/PostTrade activities such as RFQ Order/s Trades MTM Positions etc.
- 5 years of experience in writing SQL queries and reviewing stored procedures.
- Exposure to Capital Markets is beneficial.
- Experience working with Database Reporting/ytics.
- Experience in FIX XML messaging is a plus.
- Experience in Issue tracking and governance with systems like JIRA / HPQC is a plus.
- Proven stakeholder management and team leadership ss.
- Data and Results oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently.
- Exceptional level of motivation and diligence coupled with excellent communication ss (verbal and written) as well as strong relationship building ss.
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience / Masters degree
