Job Description
- Architect design and develop solutions for product or sustenance delivery through collaboration with your team.
- Train and develop your team to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower in the relevant technology while mitigating delivery risks.
- Ensure knowledge upgradation and work with new technologies to maintain current solutions that meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on a solid understanding of the domain or technology.
- Experience with IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Enterprise version 11.
- Proficiency in extending IBM MDM (extensions additions notifications etc.).
- Familiarity with WebSphere application server.
- Experience in developing applications using:SQL (preferably DB2)JavaMaven build toolBash scripting
- Expertise in data modeling.
- Strong ytical ss for providing technical ysis of user requirements.
- A Masters degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of working in a complex environment using Agile ods and software development frameworks.
- Experience with distributed teams is a plus.
- A 24x7 mindset with a willingness to participate in standby shifts.
- Collaborate effectively within distributed teams.
- Adapt to new technologies and maintain a current understanding of industry standards.
