As a Project Management Administrative Support you will:
- Document followups on reviews action items and project deliverable submittals.
- Request and extend computer accounts for contractors.
- Handle meeting and travel scheduling.
- Initiate and oversee acquisition status followups for small procurements.
- Manage information for the Project Manager including formatting documents supporting reviews project completion documentation contractor travel claims and meeting coordination.
- Process information using project management software (ServiceNow) to support daily meetings resource management and project execution.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 5 years of postrelated experience or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years of relevant experience.
- A formal Project Management qualification such as PRINCE 2 or PMI PMP or equivalent experience.
- Indepth knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Experience maintaining SharePoint workspaces and portals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
You should possess the ability to:
- Work effectively with a team of Project Managers to develop project plans cost plans resource allocations and procurement activities.
- Work independently and proactively on assigned tasks.
- Manage project administration tasks including documentation task flows and supporting project delivery within scope time cost and quality parameters.
- Demonstrate knowledge of project administration policies and procedures.
- Experience using ERP Financial Systems (e.g. Oracle SAP).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar project management software.
- Experience in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.
