Job Summary
The Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and regulatory adherence of our Training and essment Strategies (TAS). This position involves the development and periodic review of TAS along with acting as the lead validator for essment tools and judgments ensuring they meet elished standards.
Key responsibilities include coordinating rectifications for training and essment resources isting with both internal and external audits and conducting thorough audits to ensure the accuracy of course information flyers brochures prospectuses and student handbooks particularly focusing on regulatory compliance. The Compliance Coordinator will also review promotional materials including the website and marketing collateral to verify their accuracy and relevance.
Job Description
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and periodically review Training and essment Strategies (TAS) to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Act as the lead validator for essment tools including both pre and postessments ensuring they are effective and compliant.
- Validate essment judgments to maintain integrity and reliability in training outcomes.
- Identify and coordinate rectifications for training and essment resources to address compliance issues and improve quality.
- ist in internal and external audits preparing doentation and evidence as required.
- Participate in audit meetings and follow up on action items to ensure compliance standards are met
- Audit course information flyers brochures prospectuses and student handbooks with a focus on regulatory information.
- Review and correct promotional materials including the website and marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and currency.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Compliance Manager to support the overall compliance framework of the organization.
Requirements
Education:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and essment or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and essment (or its successor) or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and essment plus TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A and TAE502.
Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector including:
- Standards for Registered Training Organisations (SRTO)
- Relevant Training Packages
- The VET Quality Framework
- ESOS Standards (Education Services for Overseas Students)
- Victorian Ss First contractual service requirements including:
- The Ss First Standard Contract
- The Ss First Quality Charter
