Job Description

Job Title: RN Medical Surgical

Number of Openings: 1

Salary Type: Annual

Currency: Dollars ($ United States of America)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality nursing care to patients in a medicalsurgical unit.
  • ess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical staff.
  • ist in diagnostic tests and procedures ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Educate patients and their families on postdischarge care and health management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and doentation.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and care strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
  • Support and mentor junior nursing staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ociate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable with relevant experience.
  • Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication ss.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced team environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving ss.
  • Compionate and patientcentered approach to care.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years of nursing experience in a medicalsurgical setting preferred.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Prior experience in acute care settings is a plus.
