Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager ( Kalimantan Sulawesi and Papua ) to join their team to be based in Makar. If youre pionate about retail management and ready to drive the success of our stores we want to hear from you!
Position: Area Manager
Placement: Makar

1 MAIN FUNCTIONS
Primary responsibility is ensured that all stores are follow Company emerging market concept and secondary follow up the stores renovation and maintenance progress
To achieve the set sales estimate
To make sure all stores are in profitable manner
2 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing the functions of eash stores
Hiring or firing staff of different stores
Formulating plan of action and ensuring that the stores works as per the rules
Ensure that the stores is kept clean and the merchandise is stocked correctly and in sufficient amounts
Ensure that the customers are satisfied with the service
In times of disputes stepping in and solving the problem
In times of accidents in the store taking charge of the situation
Formulate ways to increase the profits of the stores
Oversee the performance of eash DSM
Write reports and maintain records of the store
Doenting and computerizing records

Good management and leadership ss
Good communication ss
Good interpersonal ss
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to render good customer service
Ability to make decisions and plan implementation
Good Knowledge about sales and marketing strategies
Ability to work as a team as well as independently
Good ytical and observation ss
Must be well organized
A good knowledge of mathematics and accounting principles
4 EDUCATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelors degree in business management
Experience in sales and marketing for several years
