Job Description: DesignOps Specialist // Design Operations Manager
Vicarious Agency is actively recruiting for a DesignOps Specialist or Manager position on behalf of our client a large tech company based in Seattle. This role is designed to enhance the operational efficiency of our client's creative department and optimize project delivery.
Location: Seattle WA (Remote candidates considered)
Committment: FT (PT considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daytoday operations of the creative department ensuring project deliverables meet the client's strategic objectives budget and timelines.
- Develop and refine project management processes to improve workflow efficiency and foster better communication across teams.
- Work closely with department heads to align creative operations with the broader business goals of the client.
- Handle resource allocation and scheduling to ensure proper workload distribution and task prioritization.
- Elish and track key performance indicators to ess the effectiveness of creative operations and outputs.
- Promote collaborative efforts across various departments to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of project managers and coordinators encouraging professional development and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Project Management Design Management or related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in operations management within a creative marketing or advertising setting.
- Proficient in project management principles and experienced with project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and lead with strong decisionmaking capabilities.
- Adaptability to a fastpaced and evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss with a proven track record of effective crossfunctional teamwork.
