Job Title: Virtual istant (Remote)
Location: South Africa (Fully Remote)
Salary: R25000 R30000 per month

Position Overview: As a Virtual istant you will provide administrative support to our team and help streamline our operations. Your role will be essential in managing schedules coordinating projects and ensuring our team stays organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for team members.
- Handle email correspondence and ist with communication management.
- Prepare reports presentations and other doents as needed.
- ist in project coordination and track progress.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
- Provide excellent customer support and respond to inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual istant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational ss and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
