IT Manager

We are partnering with a provider of Facility Management and Catering solutions dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient services in the KSA market. We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented IT Manager to join their team and maintain all systems onsite and remotely work closely with and train Systems & Database Administrators.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Project Management

• Lead large IT projects including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Organize and elish deadlines for major IT projects such as system updates migrations upgrades and outages.
• Manage and report on the IT budgets allocation ensuring efficient use of resources.

2. Infrastructure Strategy and ysis

• Help define IT infrastructure strategy architecture and processes.
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels; make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
• yze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.

3. Security and Compliance

• Conduct routine evaluations of network and data security to preserve ets and ensure information security.
• Audit systems and ess their outcomes to maintain compliance and effectiveness.

4. Vendor Management and Testing

• ess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software to ensure quality and reliability.

5. Troubleing and Support

• Trouble hardware and software issues related to internal IT providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

6. Team Development and Training

• Identify opportunities for team training and ss advancement fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

7. Strategic ProblemSolving

• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner contributing to organizational efficiency.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to enhance organizational policy.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• 57 years of experience working in IT operations.
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems security network and systems administration databases and data storage systems and phone systems.
• Must be an Arabic Speaker with Fluency in English.
