Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Professional certifications in technical support or information systems management are an added advantage.
Technical knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the operating systems, networks, software, and hardware used in an organization.
Problem Solving Skills: Ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technical problems, including troubleshooting.
