About the Role: As a Retail Pharmacy Technician you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing daily prescriptions
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Providing patient counseling
- Managing stock control and reordering
- Handling overthecounter sales
- Addressing customer queries
- Ensuring accurate data entry and minimizing errors
- Collaborating with your manager to address customer concerns
Essential Requirements:
- Recognized Pharmacy Technician or Dispensing Technician Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy retail pharmacy setting
- Proficiency with McLernons Dispensing System
- Accurate data entry ss and strong organizational abilities
- Excellent communication ss in English (verbal and written)
- Flexibility and willingness to work as a team player
- Selfmotivation and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication ss with patients and healthcare professionals
