Employment Type: Fulltime
Schedule:
- Flexible working hours
- Monday to Sunday availability (weekends required)
- Day and evening shifts

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Food & Beverage team for smooth daily operations
- Implement F&B strategies and initiatives to enhance service quality
- Manage recruitment training and staff mentoring
- Oversee inventory procurement and cost control
- Maintain top service standards ensuring customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Use your culinary ss to contribute to kitchen operations and dish quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an F&B leadership role
- Excellent communication and organizational ss
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced everchanging environment
- Proactive problemsolving attitude
- Flexibility with work hours including evenings and weekends
