Position: Software Engineering Manager .Net
Location: Dallas TX (Remote Position)
Job Overview
Lead the software development you will be accountable for the successful delivery of software and related platform services for the Healthcare Customer. In this role you will lead the application and mobile software engineering team that helps with increasing the features and capabilities of our online technologies and service platforms. You will be managing a team of software developers and technology specialists. You will work closely with various technology product and business stakeholders and leadership to deliver software and IT services that meet user needs. The candidate will be an intellectual smart and evangelical leader with developer mindset and proven expertise in developing enterprise scale webbased and mobile solutions using industry recognized cloud platforms (MS Azure or AWS or similar) backend (.NET) frontend technologies (Angular or React) and mobile development (React Native). You will also be accountable for the creation and delivery of the strategic software and IT architecture vision and leadership and all aspects of the development of the software in support of meeting product and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of developers to design develop and deploy web and mobile applications in cloud native environment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering their professional growth and development.
Handson role with ability to work on technical design doents code and deployments.
Partner with Stakeholder to build a high impact R&D team.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements define project scope and elish timelines.

Drive the implementation of best practices in software development including code reviews testing strategies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Support production environments and incidents.

Work with vendors for 3rd party integrations for various SaaS products with a keen eye on information consolidation.
Take ownership of project deliverables ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Act as a point of contact for technical escalations and provide timely resolutions to issues.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates address concerns and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Masters degree in engineering or related field is a plus.
3 years of US Healthcare organization or preferably in an earlymid stage startup.
7 years of experience in software development with a strong proficiency in .NET Core C# Typescript Angular
Proven experience leading software development teams specializing in web and mobile applications.
6 years of experience with designing and consuming REST APIs.
3 Experience developing in modern JavaScript framework like Angular and/or React.
5 years of experience developing with Microsoft SQL (preferred) or other relational databases.
Experience working OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with related tools like Azure DevOps and App Center.
Strong Experience with Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum odologies.
Strong problemsolving ss and a proactive approach to addressing challenges using modern design principles.
Relevant certifications in cloud or software development
