Are you an experienced clinical leader with a pion for expanding access to highquality behavioral health services Allied Behavioral Health Solutions (ABHS) is seeking a dynamic Director of East Tennessee Programs to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to individuals families and communities. As the Director of East Tennessee Programs you will have the opportunity to shape the future of behavioral health in East Tennessee developing programs that directly impact the wellbeing of those we serve. What Youll Do:
As the Director of East Tennessee Programs you will provide oversight leadership development and strategic direction for our team in East Tennessee. Your role is essential in ensuring that our programs align with our mission values and client service goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead development and implementation of ABHS programming in the East region of
Tennessee -
Provide oversight and direction for the East Tennessee team at large to support team
culture fidelity to KPI metrics quality of client services and promotion of organizational
values. -
Develop leadership of Team Coordinator level positions to effectively support team
members and ensure effective realization of program goals and mission -
Meet weekly with Executive Director to address concerns regarding staff performance to
review teams needs for leadership consideration and to develop staff meeting agenda -
Support program evaluation CQI process and quarterly reporting to funding sources as
applicable -
Meet twice a month with team to address productivity UR completion and team
updates/needs -
Engage in interviewing hiring and onboarding of new team members

Build and steward relationships with key community champions and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:

Licensure as LPCMHSP LCSW or equivalent (required)

5 years of clinical services experience with a proven track record of delivering highquality care.

2 years in a leadership position with experience in managing teams and developing programs.

Strong ability to lead inspire and create a positive missiondriven team culture.

Reports to: Executive Director
Salary: $70000$75000
