Job Overview:
Augment Jobs is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of complex technical projects. In this role you will coordinate crossfunctional teams ensuring alignment between business goals and technical deliverables. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be critical to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and of multiple technical programs from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with engineering product management and other teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules resource allocation and risk management plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and odologies.
- Excellent project management ss with proficiency in tools like Jira Trello or similar.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum odologies is a plus.
