As our Litigation Paralegal you will have the opportunity to advocate for our clients’ interests often in groundbreaking and newsworthy cases.
Compensation:
$80000 $130000 depending on experience
This is a nonexempt position that is eligible for overtime
Key Responsibilities:
ist in drafting reviewing proofreading citation checking and tabling doents
Professionally communicate with clients experts courts and defense counsel
Prepare doents for filing in both state and federal courts
Support our attorneys in all phases of litigation
Manage and calendar court deadlines
Propound and respond to discovery
Maintain organized case files
Qualifications:
3 years of civil litigation experience
Ability to act independently and in a teambased environment
Strong written and oral communication ss
Confident in a paperless work environment
Knowledge of eFiling and California rules
Familiarity with California discovery rules
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent organizational ss
Type at least 40 wpm.
