Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Head of Sales Enterprise to lead our Enterprise Sales team in the Netherlands. This is an exciting leadership role where you will oversee a dynamic sales team manage strategic accounts and drive the growth of our enterprise business. You will also play a key role in shaping sales strategies building profitable relationships and identifying new opportunities in the competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to grow the enterprise segment in the Netherlands.
  • Lead mentor and inspire a diverse sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Manage your own portfolio of key accounts nurturing relationships and driving business growth.
  • Foster strategic business relationships with key enterprise clients to promote Ascoms brand and solutions.
  • Oversee forecasting reporting and datadriven decisionmaking ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Represent Ascom at industry events trade shows and forums to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams and regional management to drive strategic initiatives.

Your Ss and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business Marketing Communications or related field. Equivalent work experience is also welcomed.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior sales role with proven success in driving revenue growth in a dynamic business environment.
  • Leadership: At least 2 years managing diverse teams in multicultural settings. A track record of building highperforming inclusive teams is essential.
  • DataDriven: You can yze market trends consumer behavior and sales performance to develop actionable strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong customer focus excellent negotiation and presentation ss and the ability to manage highvalue clients effectively.

Key Competencies:

  • Exceptional leadership and people management ss with a talent for motivating teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics client needs and competitive pressures.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with handson account management and sales .
  • Financial aen and budget management ss.
  • Fluent in both Dutch andEnglish (spoken and written) with excellent communication ss.
