Position: Workforce Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and direct the Workforce Planning team to forecast labor requirements and create/manage staff schedules
- Maximize manpower resource usage by accurately forecasting transaction volumes (calls messages emails) and scheduling appropriate staffing levels
- Improve employee productivity enhance labor planning lower operational costs and drive efficient time and attendance tracking
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to provide relevant data for business cases
- Maintain a roster of staff with accurate employee details including availability preferences and ss
- Drive improved payroll efficiency and provide better insight into teammate engagement attendance and productivity
- Forecast adjustments in training coaching and processes to ensure maximum performance
- Drive reduction and optimization of labor costs
- Automate and provide simple reporting for workforcerelated data to reduce administrative costs
- Manage a comprehensive workforce management system to increase employee productivity reduce absences and late arrivals lower noncompliance risks and increase operational agility.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Mathematics or Statistics or at least 5 years of experience managing workforce operations with client and/or senior management interaction
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Previous team leading experience
- Expertise in capacity planning forecasting realtime management reporting and scheduling
- Proficiency in the use of workforce management tools
- Excellent organizational project management and presentation ss
- Ability to work with large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns
- Ability to manage multiple complex ongoing tasks and projects
- High attention to detail with a strong desire to optimize procedures and processes
- Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel Outlook PowerPoint) or ability to learn technology quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication ss
- High achiever and selfstarter with a people first leadership and coaching style.
