Job Summary.

Greeting clients and visitors to our office giving clients directions to various parts of the office contacting employees regarding visitors and handling a variety of administrative support tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive.
• isting clients in finding their way around the office.
• isting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying taking notes and making travel plans.
• Preparing meeting and training rooms.
• isting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor system.
Issuing purchase requisition

BEHAVIORAL SS/COMPETENCIES:

• Computer Ss Excellent Outlook Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent English Language Ss (Reading Writing and Speaking).
• Excellent ytical and communication ss.
Will demonstrate a positive attitude.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SSET REQUIRED:

• Diploma in IT Administrator Accountant
• 1 year of experience.
