• Responsibilities:
  • Setting up a work and et management system.
  • Moving GIS from onpremises to the cloud using Azure.
  • Overseeing infrastructure and DevOps artifacts partnering with vendors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect with a strong background in DevOps practices to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and managing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure while integrating DevOps odologies to enhance our development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:
   • Architect and design scalable secure and highperformance solutions on Microsoft Azure.
2. Implementation:
   • Oversee the deployment of Azure services and ensure they meet business requirements.
3. DevOps Integration:
   • Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
4. Automation:
   • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Azure Resource Manager Terraform or PowerS.
5. Performance Monitoring:
   • Monitor and optimize cloud performance ensuring high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
6. Technical Guidance:
   • Provide technical leadership and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices.
7. Security Compliance:
   • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
8. Doentation:
   • Create and maintain doentation for architecture designs processes and procedures.
9. Continuous Learning:
   • Stay updated with the latest Azure features and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
10. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
11. Additional:

• Design and implement scalable secure and highperformance Azure solutions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Azure Resource Manager Terraform or ARM templates.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on Azure best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure features and DevOps tools to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Azure Solutions Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Azure services (e.g. Azure Functions Azure Kubernetes Service Azure DevOps).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerS Python) for automation.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Excellent problemsolving ss and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Ss:

• Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert Azure DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with Agile odologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration ss.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
