Job Overview:We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background exceptional problemsolving ss and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for our clients. In this role you will work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs develop tailored solutions and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges providing expert insights on our solutions.
Solution Design: Develop customized solutions that meet client needs including technical specifications project plans and timelines.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions addressing specific client use cases.
Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and services providing technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
Proposal Development: ist in the creation of proposals RFP responses and project scopes that clearly outline deliverables timelines and costs.
Implementation Support: Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery providing support during the onboarding process.
Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams on product features best practices and industry trends.
Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements ensuring our solutions evolve with market demands.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in a solutions consulting technical sales or similar role preferably in specific industry e.g. technology SaaS.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software solutions APIs and integration processes with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
ProblemSolving Ss: Excellent ytical and problemsolving ss with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
Communication Ss: Outstanding verbal and written communication ss with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong organizational ss and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
