This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the Collingwood Ontario office.

Your opportunity:
Our client is looking for a (Senior) Manager to join the urance & Accounting team.
The Collingwood office is currently seeking a fulltime permanent (Senior) Manager to join the urance & Accounting team reporting to the Partners. This role is ideal for someone who has deep personal and professional accountability has a pion for excellence and is driven to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities are as follows:
  • Efficiently prepare yearend engagements and tax returns for your clients in a variety of industries.
  • Perform audits prepare working papers and financial statements per regulatory standards.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to request and suggestions.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis.
  • Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team.

Your experience and education
  • You are a designed Canadian CPA.
  • You have at least 7 years of audit and urance experience in the Canadian public accounting industry.
  • Working knowledge of agricultural & real estate and development clients/industry would be an et
  • You enjoy working within the nonprofit industry and are keen to develop further knowledge in this area.
  • You value teamwork client service and quality in detailed work.
  • You display strong problem solving ytical and communication ss
