Job Description

STAN is looking for a motivated and goaloriented Business Development Manager who is pionate about new technology. We are hiring a fulltime position to help grow internationally.

STAN is the first A.I. istant for residential property managers. STAN launched in 2019 by two former property management executives who spent 13 years working for North Americas largest management company. STAN is growing quickly and is already the largest A.I. istant in the industry. We offer two products to serve our clients a textbot and email istant.

Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Endtoend sales from initial reach out to closing new business deals
  • Cold outreach following up new business opportunities and setting up discovery meetings
  • Communicating with prospects to understand their needs and explain service value
  • Leading customer demos and presentation
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate prospects needs
  • Research and compile relevant prospect lists
  • Keeping accurate records notes within the CRM
  • Planning and creating proposals and sales collateral as needed for individual
  • Meet sales goals with set KPIs for calls meetings proposals and closing deals
  • Extensive and accurate product knowledge
  • Writing emails and creating email sequences with the CRM for different lead funnels
  • Other duties as determined by management and/or direct supervisors

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of BSB Saas sales experience
  • Startup experience or experience working in small teams
  • Property management experience is preferred
  • University/college degree is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication ss
  • Detail oriented and ytical
  • Must have strong computer ss and be familiar with common programs (ex: Excel Google Workspace Microsoft Office etc.)
